* Ingram Court.
* Irwin Court - It is the smallest of the nine courts. It consists of two houses, named A and B.
* Lindley Court
* Wood Court.
* Younger Court
* Ainsty Court - It is maintained by UPP Projects Limited as part of the University Partnershop Programme (UPP) scheme.
* Hickleton Court - It is also maintained by UPP Projects Ltd as part of the University Partnership Programme scheme.
* McHugh Court - It is owned and maintained by the York Housing Association. McHugh Court was its first new-build accommodation. It is occupied by students with families.

College members with families also live in Garrowby Way, an area of housing which is part of Halifax College. It is owned and maintained by the York Housing Association.

Ainsty and Hickleton Courts are managed by UPP Projects Limited as part of the University Partnership Programme, a PFI scheme. They were built and originally maintained by Jarvis PLC.

The other Courts are managed by the College and the University's Accomodation Office.
